If you are looking for a builder, look no further than Cadence Construction. Wiggs, Travis and their team are incredible. Let me start by saying I didn't know them prior to us starting the building process. They came by referral and I'm so thankful we used them! We met with 3-4 builders and could tell after meeting they were the builder for us.The entire process was wonderful. (Who can say that? We usually hear horror stories by the end.) They were very transparent with budgets and the communication was exceptional. It's nerve wracking and stressful to put full trust into strangers who are building your dream home. I've been there. You will not go wrong with them on your side!They run a exceptional team that includes amazing subs. You can tell they have all worked together for many, many years and truly enjoy what they do. Everything seemed very organized. There was always a crew or two working at our house. I never felt like we were waiting on someone to show.We are a little over a year out from completion. I love the home they built for us but am a little sad it's over. Travis and Wiggs went from strangers to friends while building and we don't see them daily anymore. I feel incredibly blessed that we ended up working with Cadence Construction! Cadence will always be our builder!

We bought a brand new Cadence Home and over our first year in the home we did the blue tape in all the things for our one year inspection!They came out for the one year inspection at 15 months and now it has been almost 2 1/2 years and they still have not completed the punch list of items and said they won't since the warranty is up!!!They were suppose to order new fronts for the master bath since they drilled holes wrong and you cannot change the hardware!!! NEVER got them!!!Our second story is slanting and sinking or something and no follow up!One side of our upstairs gets NO heat!!!! Didn't fix that!!!Our wood floors are warping and huge gaps and their answer was putty!!!!!Needless to say I would NEVER recommend this company and now am having to hire legal representation to hopefully get the things fixed that they never followed through on and now say they won't!!!!!Awful!!Wish i could show how bad the upstairs os slanting downward!!!
